Regarding A Technical Issue on 9/22/22
We understand that some customers had issues with the MAGIC40 coupon code not working during the sale on 9/22. These guests completed their order at full price and were not able to take advantage of the discount.
We will be honoring the MAGIC40 discount for anyone that paid full price before the discount sold out.
Rest assured we will be honoring the discount for anyone that paid full price before the discount sold out. Our team will be working through the weekend processing 40% refunds for the difference paid in. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been completed with a new receipt for the updated amount. We appreciate your patience with this situation. This was a technical glitch with our ticketing system, and we resolved it as quickly as we were able to.
